We thought we were in the worst market for a home due to high interest rates and skyrocketing home prices in our area. We were at the point of backing away from the market -- and missing out on our dream home -- when James dug deep and built a loan that was well within our budget. He did this through his excellent knowledge of the current market, the different loans available to us, and a wealth of experience.
Three qualities in James's character leapt out to us:

2. Optimism: In this market, it is easy to get discouraged. James always made us feel reassured about what we were doing. Given his integrity, we could trust this optimism 100%.
3. Respect: Few people are as optimistic and knowledgeable, yet so respectful of the timing and nature of customer decisions. We never felt an ounce of pressure. And, he was endlessly patient as we stumbled around the process of coming to a decision.
3. Acumen: James knows the market, the loans, and what will work for his customers. He dug into the details of our situation and came out with a loan that is sound, affordable, and responsible. Regardless of the type of market, we knew we would come out on top with his services.
